Norwegian Hammeeting 2009
Posted: April 19th, 2009 under Hamradio.
Yesterday, LA7HJA and I visited Letohallen in Eidsvoll. That’s where the Norwegian Hammeeting 2009 took place this weekend. There are a variety of lectures held there, they have a big fleamarket and a few shops are represented with lots of radios and radiostuff. Also LADXG and NRRL held their annual meeting. I met lots of friends there, both old an new, and several I haven’t spoken to in a long time. I also picked up a few qslcards, the ones I got are OY/LA6FJA, JX9JKA and VK9DWX, all beautiful cards. Check out the scanned cards below.
I enjoyed the lecture by Chris DL1MGB about the 2008 VK9DWX dxpedition. It was very exciting indeed. I also attended the Low-band lecture by SM6DOI. He talked about his experience with different kinds of receiving- and transmittingantennas. In the Contestforum I held a lecture about RTTYContesting and Software. Download the lecture here (2MB pdf-file Norwegian only).
