Hi all. Here is my second post in the new series of monthly soundclips. I've edited and uploaded the soundclips I recorded in February.
Soundclips:
- T30OU 40M CW – Bill, QSL via N7OU, also LoTW, thanks for the patience, an idiot was tuning all the time
- S9DX 40M CW – QSL via DL1RTL, I could not break the pile-up, would have been a new one on 40M
- S9DX 30M CW – QSL via DL1RTL
- T30YA 30M CW – QSL via W7YAQ, also LoTW
- TJ9PF 30M CW – QSL via F5OGL

Hamradio,
LoTW.
FY has been one I've been missing on LoTW and I've been looking for a LoTW-users from there. So far I haven't had any luck. Last weekend the CQMM contest was on. I noticed FY5PO spotted on 15M CW. When I tuned in, he had a nice signal here in Norway, and I got him in the log. He uploaded the log yesterday and gave me #283 on LoTW. 17 more to go for 300 confirmed on LoTW. As for other DX, I worked FS/F5JSD on 40M CW and 5N7M on 10M CW, both on April 18th.

I'm often making recordings, but lately I haven't published too many of them. There are many reasons for that, but I thought I would just make a monthly summary of the soundclips that are worth uploading. So here is one for Januar 2011. Enjoy the recordings.

April 9th I bumped into HP1/IZ6BRN again, this time on 17M CW. He had a nice and strong signal and after a few calls, I got him in the log. A few days later, he uploaded the log to LoTW and gave me #281 on LoTW. Later that week, I noticed 9Q50ON had uploaded the log to LoTW. I worked them back in December 2010 and that was #282 on LoTW.
I worked 4S7DXG on 30M CW April 9th. He had few takers and it was an easy catch.
On April 11th, I worked 5M7TT on 17M CW.
On April 12th, I worked EN50UG on 30M CW. This is a special event call to remember Yuri Gagarin, who was a Soviet pilot and cosmonaut who on April 12th 1961 became the First Human Space Traveller. The operator was UX5UO.
