A beautiful sunset captured
Posted: May 11th, 2009 under Pictures.
When going home after visiting some friends yesterday, the sun was setting. The view was spectacular, but no camera to catch it. When at home, the view was very beautiful, but it just wasn’t as spectacular as it could have been. I did however take several pictures and stitched them all together to form the attached picture. I think the result speaks for itself. I’m happy with it. What do you think?

Nice! Using the “Rule of Thirds”, a tower & yagi on the right side would balance it out very well. Heh! Which program did you use? Autostitch?

Hi Ulis. Yeah, an antenna in a sunset is always classic. In fact I do have a picture of my 2m yagies in a sunset, taken several years ago.
I used photoshop’s built in stitching and a little tweaking of shadow and highlights to get to this result.
